Problems I solve

Tell me what hurts in your business. I turn it into a working solution.

  1. 1 Manual process

Your process still runs on Excel, paper, and WhatsApp.

What I do I map how the work actually flows today, step by step, with the people who do it. Then I turn it into a simple web app: forms replace the spreadsheets, approvals and reminders run on their own, and everything is recorded in one place.

What you get Your team stops retyping the same data. Errors drop because each entry is checked once, at the source. You can see who did what and when, without chasing anyone on WhatsApp.

  2. 2 Legacy system

Your old system is slow or hard to change.

What I do I start by reading the existing system and its data, so nothing that works today gets lost. I fix the slowest parts first, then rebuild module by module while the old system keeps running.

What you get Pages load fast again and changes stop being risky. Your team keeps working during the transition, with no big-bang switchover. The new code is documented, so you're not tied to one person.

  3. 3 Scattered data

Your data is scattered across many apps.

What I do I connect the apps you already use (accounting, POS, marketplace, spreadsheets) through APIs or scheduled syncs. Each connection logs what it sends and alerts someone when a sync fails.

What you get Data is entered once and shows up everywhere it's needed. No more copy-paste between systems or reports that don't match. When something breaks, you know before your customers do.

  4. 4 No visibility

It is hard to see how the business is doing.

What I do We agree on the few numbers that drive your decisions, then I pull them straight from your systems. The dashboard updates on its own and shows only what you need to act on.

What you get You see sales, stock, or cash flow today, not at the end of the month. Meetings start from the same numbers. Problems show up early as a trend, not later as a surprise.

  5. 5 New system

You need a system that does not exist yet.

What I do I start from your business process, not from a feature list. Together we cut the scope down to what's needed first, then I build and demo it in short rounds so you can steer as it grows.

What you get You get a system shaped around how your business works, not a generic tool you have to work around. You own the code and the data. It launches with your team trained, and grows with you.

Process

How we work together

Four clear steps, no surprises. Pick a step to see what happens and what you get.

A process flow diagram with one step highlighted as the bottleneck.

We start with a conversation and a walk through how the work runs today. I talk to the people who do it, follow the data from start to end, and mark where time and errors pile up. You get a one-page process map with the real problem named.

Case studies

Real problems, measurable results

Systems I built for a healthcare group of 50+ companies. Names are withheld.

Client: Healthcare group

Training admin cut from 7 working days to 45 minutes

Problem

Every training ran on separate manual steps: registration, attendance and speaker honoraria were collected and calculated by hand, and closing one training took 7 working days.

Approach

I followed one training from registration to payout and mapped every handover where data was retyped.

Solution

A training workspace where registration, attendance and honorarium calculation share the same data, so each figure is entered once.

Impact

Administrative work per training dropped from 7 working days to 45 minutes.

Admin time per training
7 d → 45 min

From Google Forms to one learning system for every employee

Problem

Learning ran on scattered Google Forms, so materials, tests and results lived in many separate files.

Approach

I mapped how learning was assigned, taken and recorded, then designed one flow that works the same for every company in the group.

Solution

An online learning system that replaces the Google Forms: employees take their courses and tests in one place, and results are stored automatically.

Impact

Every employee across 50+ companies learns in one system instead of separate forms.

About

Process first, code second.

I’m Aditya — here to solve your business problems.

I’m a full-stack engineer who works on the business process as much as the code. My job is to understand how your team works, find what slows it down, and build the system that fixes it.

Software only helps if it fits how your team actually works. So I map your process first, and only then write code.

My commitments

  • Free first consultation
  • A demo every week
  • You own the code & data
